Ingredients:
Making the sugar syrup in kadai:
1. Sugar : 1 cup
2. Water : 1 cup(alike sugar cup)
3. Cardamom : 3 nos
4. Kesar : 1 pinch
5. Rose water : 1 tsp
Making sticky soft dough:
6. Ghee : 3 tbsp
7. Maida(all purpose flour) : 3 tsp
8. Baking powder : 1/2 tsp
9. Milk powder : 50 gm
10. Milk : 5 tbsp
Fry the gulab jamun balls:
11. Refined oil : Sufficient amount to dip fry
Now dip the fried balls in sugar syrup, boil them 1 minute with high flame, then 1 minute with low flame. keep in standing time. Gulab Jamun is ready.
