Homemade empanada dough

500 gms  flour
1 tsp salt
1 egg
50 gms. Lard
50 gms. Butter
100-120 ml water(the amount of water used varies depending on the humidity where you live.)
*if you don’t want to use lard,  You can use 100 gms of butter or 100 gms margarine instead.

This dough can be cooked in the oven or fried.
