I've always wanted to make this video, I'm a huge fan of Green Day and every time i hear this song it reminds me so much of Kol, i just had to download all episodes in HD (thanks for that i learned how to use torrent) learn how to use sony vegas, this is my first fanvid using it (apart from recaps) I was so surprised that no one used it before the lyrics fit too perfectly you can read the meaning of the song here http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/g/gr...

going back to the subject, I wanted to share in this video, the story of Kol Mikaelson, it's like a little summary of his life
in flashbacks, how he suffered at the hands of klaus (I hope we'll get some FB about him travelling the world to learn magic) how elijah and rebekah betrayed him how they all turned their backs on him
then how his family's obsession for a cure lead to his death, how they didn't avenge him and even helped his killers and felt sorry or jer's death, how rebekah refused to help kol get revenge from elena when he was always there for her when she needed him
and then the time he spent as a witch, i didn't have enough time to put everything so i focused on the family, how esther brought him back and controlled him (actually i feel sorry for her and kol should've been grateful, but we all know if you don't side with the "protagonist" you'll end up dead so), how finn cursed him, and in the end his "family" was there when he died
then he went to the ancestral plane where he was getting tortured (the writers should've explored that instead of only focusing on kolvina as much as i like them) and how finally someone found him and cared enough to bring him back (PS: I wanted to add something about bekah fighting for him but as I said I didn't have enough time, It's not easy to sum up 1000 years of loneliness in 4 minutes)
