Shaping traditional French Baguette dough may seem a little intimidating. This video demonstrates and teaches 3 different techniques. Learn first how to fold the dough into rectangles/squares. Then, after a rest, shape the dough into small logs. Finally, roll the dough into the traditional long baguette rolls with tapered ends. Each technique is necessary to help produce light and airy baguettes.
