If you’re experiencing a PWRcell
If you’re experiencing a PWRcell Battery showing Error 7000 or Waiting, check out this video for several troubleshooting steps you can take to try to resolve the errors.
First, you should disable and reenable the battery. If the battery status shows “connecting input” for a long period after reenabling, the steps in this video should help you troubleshoot.
However, if the battery goes right back to “Error 7000”, the steps in this video will not apply, and you should contact PWRcell Technical Support for additional assistance. PWRcell Technical Support: 855-635-5186 opt. 3
If the modules need to be jumped out in order to commission successfully, or if any of the previous steps did not resolve the Battery not Ready event, please call PWRcell Technical Support for further troubleshooting: 855-635-5186 opt. 3.
