ℹ️ Tips for a good night sleep
* Keep regular sleep hours - if possible go to bed at roughly the same time, this will programme your body to sleep better.
* Restful sleeping environment - your bedroom should be a peaceful place that helps you to fall (and stay) asleep. You can achieve this by controlling the temperature, lighting and noise level.
* Comfortable Bed - if your mattress is too hard or too soft it will be difficult to get restful sleep.
* Caffeine intake - cut down on caffeine in tea, coffee and energy drinks especially in the evenings. Caffeine disrupts the process of falling asleep and prevents deep sleep. Instead of caffeine, have herbal tea or a warm milky drink.
🎥 I personally record all my video and audio. Currently videos are recorded using an iPhone 12 Pro max, which is then edited on an iPad Pro using LumaFusion.
