In this travel guide we will show you over 15 MUST DO things to see and do, in and around the old town. Explore the best of Lviv, with our top tips on what to see and where to eat and drink.
During our Ukraine Series, we spend an enjoyable weekend in Lviv.
Lviv is becoming a popular stop on any Eastern European trip. It's cheap, easy to get around and there is so much to experience. We say experience because almost every coffee shop, bar or restaurant offers more than just a drink or food. Themed, fun and very photogenic, you will end up spending much more time than you expected.
The historic old town is very comfortable to walk, with many markets, churches and restaurants serving traditional Ukrainian food and also catering for international tastes.
