A small gem from the TV show Everwood depicting the core of why abortion should remain legal and Roe v. Wade should never be overturned. If a woman is to be pregnant and early in the pregnancy decides she does not wish to have a child, it is her right to decide. It is her body, her decision and not that of her neighbor or religion. Not of the Government. Not of other people's Gods. It's a personal medical decision and not one that is taken lightly.
This is even more important for special circumstances such as rape and incest. Undue burden laws are being violated in Mississippi, South Dakota and a few other states.
