A healthy soup made using mutton legs by pressure cooking the legs or Paya to get a healthy extract which is highly beneficial to young and adults for stronger bones.

Benefits of having a soup of mutton-

A lot of us are aware of the fact that mutton is high in proteins and it gives the body all the necessary proteins that help in bodybuilding.

But the mutton soup cooked out of the bones and trotters that is the legs of a lamb is high in calcium and Paya soup has the highest amount of calcium.

It requires us to strengthen our bones and strengthen our teeth and make the bones strong.

If bones turn strong, a person will be physically fit and active and weak bones may cause quick ageing.

Ingredients -

Goat legs - 4 nos
Oil -1 tbsp
Onion - 2 nos
Tomato - 3 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Jeera  - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt as required
Curry leaves n coriander as required

Pressure cook for 5 Whistles
