5 Foods That Cause Tooth Sensitivity

There are five common foods that people eat that make your teeth extremely sensitive. You may not even know about them.

Number one is orange juice.

Number two is lemonade.

Number three is grapefruit or grapefruit juice.

Number four is Red Bull.

And number five is salad dressing with vinegar.

And what they all have in common, they're all extremely acidic. So be very careful. If you're going to eat any of those foods, sip a little water afterwards to sort of cancel out the effect of the acids.
