KFC Coleslaw Copycat | Wow!

This recipe for KFC coleslaw tastes just like KFC, except I think it's even better! Refrigerate overnight for full flavor! I discovered this recipe in about 2008 on a website run by Todd Wilbur. Since then this recipe has been copied many times but, according to Todd, it was his invention back in 1993! Todd Wilbur's 1993 KFC Coleslaw recipe: topsecretrecipes.com/kfc-cole-slaw-copycat-recipe.… Todd Wilbur's YouTube Channel: youtube.com/c/ToddWilbursTopSecretRecipes/videos INGREDIENTS The Veggies: 8 cups of finely chopped cabbage (about 1 medium head of cabbage) 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot (2 medium carrots/3/4 cup of baby carrots) 2 tbsp minced onion The Dressing: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup sugar (I'm using Splenda) 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup buttermilk 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper This recipe seems a little dry at first but once you allow it to chill (especially overnight) it is nice and juicy and the flavors are full and balanced!
