The members of BTS have made it no secret they love food a lot. BTS eating moments on their various reality shows and can be seen eating to celebrate special occasions, such as anniversaries or school graduations. Additionally, BTS Jin eating on a video series called “Eat Jin” in which he eats in front of a camera and chats with fans.
So how have the members of this Kpop boy group manage to maintain their perfect image using korean diet weight loss methods? BTS diet is known to be harsh and they follow a strict kpop idol diet plan. In this video we’ll talk about BTS diet to lose weight fast.
BTS Jimin who has changed the most before and after dieting revealed how he lost 10 kilograms. BTS Jimin diet period was very emotionally sensitive for him and he often answered bluntly to the members.
BTS Jungkook diet routine was also harsh. His kpop diet was more of staying disciplined and sticking to his BTS diet and exercise plan.
BTS Jin also revealed how he lost 7 kg. BTS Jin diet consist of eating two packs of chicken breast every single day for 1 year.
BTS diet Suga did was mixing grape juice with chicken breasts. He needed a strong BTS diet motivation to eat something like that.
