how to interfacing 89c51 and ADC0809  if we want to interface any sensor with 8051 we have to use external ADC because 8051 doesn’t have inbuilt ADC. So we have to use external ADC 0809.

ADC0804 is an 8 bit analogue to digital converter from . The features of ADC0809  are differential analogue voltage inputs, 0-5V input voltage range, , built-in clock generator, the reference voltage can be externally adjusted to convert smaller analogue voltage span to 8 bit resolution etc. The pinout diagram of ADC080 is shown in the above video.
