Ep 060: D Flip-Flop Divide-by-Two Circuit

Sometimes, digital clock frequencies go faster than a device can handle. A simple divide-by-two circuit uses an edge triggered D flip-flop to divide the frequency in half. Cascade that circuit with a second divide-by-two circuit, and we're dividing the frequency by four.
