- August~October 2018 For 3 months I took Roaccutane 1 pill a day
- It's been 329 days since I quit Roaccutane
- It's been 242 days since I have taken pantothenic acid, probiotics nutritional supplement (taking 2~4 pills of pantothenic acid depending on my skin state)

Today I prepared a video about how to extract acne
