2D Image Conversion to 3D Model in Kiri:Moto 2.4

This awesome new feature allows you to convert PNG images to solid models, which can then be processed like any other part in Kiri:Moto. FDM printing of lithopanes should be very easy.

This feature takes a huge amount of memory and processing power. Try to keep the images under 800x800. Also, in CAM mode, restrict operations to contouring. Roughing and Outlining will probably fail.

I'm working to reduce the memory footprint. There are a couple of known bugs which I plan to address before 2.4 goes GA.
