Okay, bitten by the bug as it were, Kibbitz both mentioning and playing the PC version recently, I decided to give it another go on the Amiga myself. This is actually my third serious attempt at recording it after playing it pretty much continuously this last week: the first one being fine, but a bit convoluted due to silly mistakes that made the video drag on for 1/2 hour more than it needed to be; the less said about the second the better because it was going great after me lucking out with the Circuit Etcher on Building 4 making the Proton Mine Deflector, plus a nearby supply room affording me not one but two De-Plotter Neutralizers - yeah, right up until I stupidly let my energy drop too low while shooting one of those damn annoying cloakers on the second from last floor, in what should have been an easy victory. (--_--)

At any rate, it's not only got the correct aspect ratio this time around, meaning my brother has nothing to moan about, it's also much more comprehensive than the original one which I did over 5 years back now, including the intro, outro, all the comm log entries, as well as me attempting to open every single storage room. Granted, there's no real requirement to do such a thing since many of them contain either redundant or frankly useless items (one on Building 4 is even completely empty), and as you can see from the order I initially do the floors in, they only partially help in your struggle to reach GAR on the last floor. (*_*)

No, it's more a matter of knowing where the good stuff is and how best to take out the enemy units and traps efficiently since you can only carry a limited number of items at any one time. For sure, certain sections can quickly turn into death from all angles if you don't have the correct munitions on you at that precise moment because you cannot always rely on your laz gun. I even use the C120 Grenades the way they were suppose to be used too, as in getting rid of the more annoying traps at a distance. What is funny, however, is I don't recall ever reading about that in the manual, so maybe the programmers expected you to work that out for yourself. (^_~)
