We are preparing a simple and delicious Red Beet Salad that is eye-catching with its colour. Materials
1 beetroot
1 green apple
1/3 of 1 large pomegranate
1 tea glass of walnuts
juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons pomegranate syrup
Half bunch of dill
1 teaspoon of salt
inner membrane of pomegranate

Preparation of

First, after peeling the skin of 1 red beet, let's cut it into pieces to grate it easily. Let's grate our beetroot with the thick side of the grater. At this stage, I recommend you wear gloves to prevent the color of the beet from transferring to your hands.
Now let's grate 1 green apple with the thick side of the grater.
Let's crush about 1 tea glass of walnuts in a mortar.
It will be enough to pound the walnuts into slightly coarse grains. If you wish, you can cut the walnuts into pieces using a knife.
Finally, let's remove the seeds of 1 pomegranate, of which we separated one third. I recommend that you do not throw away the membrane inside the pomegranate while peeling it. These membrane parts are beneficial for the stomach and will facilitate digestion.
Let's take the grated raw beets, green apple, pomegranate seeds and walnuts into a suitable mixing bowl. Add 1 lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
You can serve this delicious salad, which we prepared from raw red beets, after placing it on a suitable serving plate.
