#ARTISAN CANDIES | Hardly anyone is bitter about a #sweet and in #Daroca, a municipality of Zaragoza located on the banks of the Jiloca, Manuel Segura collected the #crafts of #sugar in "The pastry museum". Making use of the molds and utensils, which after 5 generations of confectioners had kept in the museum, Manuel elaborated in 2005 for our palates the most longed for #candies of our childhood. #Documentary film
