Resepi Cupcake Vanilla Mudah Sukatan Cawan / Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe

Bahan-bahan:

2/3 cwn / 150g mentega / marjerin
3/4 cwn / 150g gula kastor
3 biji telur (gred B atau C, sy guna gred C, kalau gred A, guna 2 biji dah cukup ye)
1 1/4 cwn / 160g tepung naik sendiri (Boleh guna tepung gandum + 1 sk serbuk penaik ayak bersama)
1 sk esen vanilla
1/2 cwn / 125ml susu cair atau susu segar

Boleh dapat lebih kurang 15 biji cupcake

3 eggs (B or C gred, I used C gred)
1 1/4 cup / 160g self raising flour ( or all purpose flour + 1 tsp baking powder sift together)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup / 125ml fresh or evaporated milk
