A delicious Prawn curry served
A delicious Prawn curry served with savoury rice. Perima’s top tips will make this tantalising dish a memorable culinary experience.
Ingredients:
Prawn Marinade:
600g of Prawns (devained, shelled, cleaned)
1 heaped tsp of crushed garlic
1 heaped tsp of Kashmiri chili powder
Half a tsp of Turmeric
Half a tsp of Roasted dhania powder
Lemon juice (half a lemon)
Fine salt
1 Tbs of butter to fry the prawns
Prawn Chutney:
A quarter cup of oil ( Olive, ghee or coconut oil if you are following Never Hungry recipes)
Half a tsp of mustard seed
2 Stems of Curry leaves
3 Green chilies
1 Sliced Onion
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 Star Anise
A heaped tsp of Cumin / jeera powder
A heaped tsp of Coriander / dhania powder
Half a tsp of Turmeric
3 tbs of Nagiahs Everyday Masala
1.5 tbs of Kashmiri chili powder
7 Jam tomatoes
A handful of fresh Coriander / dhania
Dash of water
1tsp sugar or sweetener of choice
Salt
Garnish with fresh Coriander / dhania
