Richard and Caroline Mingay farewell service, Regent Hall

Regent Hall Salvation Army says farewell and thanks to Richard and Caroline Mingay as they leave our church after four years. The celebration includes Caroline's retirement service as an active Salvation Army officer led by our territorial leader Commissioner Anthony Cotterill.
