In this week's Episode of Guitar Talk we check out a 1992 Gibson Les Paul Studio Lite Model. Studios are often looked at as starter/beginner models. No doubt they are Gibson's best bang for the buck. But let's discuss why I feel these Lite (and ALL) Studio Models can sit side by side in any Gibson collection- right alongside Standards, Customs, and other "higher end" models. These Lite Models weigh far less than any other Les Pauls, and can go head to head with any of them too!! Let's show some love for all Les Paul Studios!!
