Stubborn fat loss or weird weight gain? How about gut issues and hormone (including cortisol) problems... even when you’re working on your foods and workouts?

The truth is, healing is not just about foods (if you follow along you know this) and I want to dive into a piece that almost ALL ppl miss.

Cueing to our body that we are SAFE, and in turn helping heal our nervous system from past traumas, or crazy things we have experienced that had put our body into a:

1️⃣ Sympathetic (nervous system) state AKA Fight, flight or freeze state.

Where we are quite literally working against our body, our body is in overdrive and more than likely our “diet” and workouts are putting our body under more stress... when we are not address this healing pillar.

2️⃣ We want our body to be able to move into a Parasympathetic (nervous system) state AKA rest, digest, heal state.

That’s what we are working through here in this post! If you know you need more tangible ways to move your body into a rest, digest and healing state, and regulate your cortisol...

As for the ear massage? Gently rubbing around the ear, tugging all along, can help stimulate the vagus nerve — which is the biggest nerve in our parasympatheticnervous system.
