Trunk springs or Torsion bar
Trunk springs or Torsion bar in Honda Accord 2003 - 2007 loses tension with use and needs to be replaced. Problem shows up when you open the trunk on your Accord and trunk lid does not pop up, OR when you push the lid open it falls down and not stay open. In this video I show how I replaced Trunk springs tension / torsion bar of my 2007 Accord. The process is same for other Honda vehicles.
PARTS REQUIRED:
* Genuine Honda Trunk springs / Torsion Bar set

TRUNK LID INSIDE LINER
Several have asked about the liner on the inside of the trunk lid. It came per-installed on my Accord which is EXL v6 (Nav). My online search (which may not be fully accurate) found that Honda pre-installed this liner only on the v6 trim levels for 2006 and 2007 model years. TRUNK TRAY / LINER
It is Honda part # 08U45-SDA-100 you can buy anywhere or as special order from Honda dealer. Used tray is also available on ebay.
