While it is possible to get a great deal on a timeshare, the truth is that in most cases, you will be overpaying. When you take into consideration the actual value of the units, the costs of your vacation and the rising annual fees, you will see that timeshares are not quite as simple as they seem for someone without unlimited money and free time.
