UPDATE: If you’re still experiencing issues with the connectivity, one commenter suggested: *Turn off Bluetooth and just cellular (if possible) in attempt to connect the devices. Once connected, you should be able to turn both back on. And the app will continue to recognize the camera. In this video, I want to share with you how I got my Sony ZV E-10 connected to my iPhone via Sony Imaging Edge mobile app — After SO MANY failed attempts using the QR Code method. I did my research. On Sony support website (Sony ZV E-10 Help Guide), they do mention: "Connect your smartphone to the camera using the SSID and password if you cannot connect using the QR Code." I hope this video helps those who seek the solution to this problem.
