Fifth episode and possibly the final installment of Rail Disasters simulating and recreating the events of real-world train accidents.

On June 3, 1998, a German ICE high-speed train from Munich to Hamburg derails in Eschede, Germany striking an overpass killing 101 people and injuring around 100. The accident is the worst in high speed rail travel and in Germany.  The cause was a damaged wheel that disintegrated just before the train passed over a switch track, causing cars to derail and impact the bridge's supports.
