Vanilla extract
120g of yogurt according to your taste (0.5 cup)
70ml of milk (4.6 tablespoons)
80ml oil or 60g melted butter (1/3 cup)
Zest of a lemon
280g all-purpose flour (2.5 cups)
8g baking powder (0.5 tbsp)
3 pears
1 tablespoon of vanillin
Bake 35-40 minutes at 175C
Good appetite
