How to set up 144hz monitor on an AMD system (Windows 10) - Just for the left ear

This is a quick tutorial showing how to set up the refresh rate of your monitor on an AMD system both in the operating system and physical connection. In the video I use a dual link DVI connection but you can also use a Displayport cable if it's supported by your system. The monitor is an ACER gn276hl
