✳︎Ingredients / makes 1
◆Bread dough
・Flour for baguette : 200g
・Yeast : 3g (1 tsp)
・Salt : 3g (1/2 tsp)
・Water(20-25°C) : 200cc

◆For sprinkle
Bread flour, as needed

✴︎Rising time
First time : about 4 hours in the refrigerator
*If you use Overnight, change 2g of yeast and refrigerate for about 8 hours.
Second time : About 40 minutes at room temperature (about 20°C) + 5 to 10 minutes of oven preheating
*Time is only a guide, so please adjust it according to how the dough puffs up

✴︎Baking time
Preheat oven to 250°C, then change to 230°C and bake for 28 minutes
