EASY VEGGIE Stew/MEATLESS Stew Peas/ITAL Stew Recipe || Whitney's Kitchen Jamaica

This recipe is a good replacement for meat or even as a side dish as I used it for.

For this recipe, my base was Red Kidney Beans but can be replaced by other beans of your liking.  

Ingredients:
Red kidney beans
Coconut milk
Pimento seeds
Salt
Okra
Pumpkin
Escallion
Thyme
All-purpose seasoning
Sweet peppers
Onion
Green scotch bonnet pepper
