rious political thinkers like the Social contract theory of John Locke, concept of General will by Rousseau, freedom of speech by Voltaire, separation of powers by Montesqieu. All these ideas were discussed in public places and intellectual circles which led to the development of Political Modernity which further manifested in 2 significant events i.e. French revolution and American War of Independence.
