Aerating Wastewater to Reduce Ammonia

G'day. In this video I show off a commercial wastewater treatment plant where we installed several surface aerators to help clean the water. The wastewater plant was having problems with too much ammonia (and other harmful gases) being emitted from the water so we installed several surface aerators to help mix and aerate the water. In this instance we used Air-O-Lator Aquarian Commercial surface aerators because they are low-energy consumers, they minimise surface spray, and they mix water as well as aerating it.
