How accurate is a Zwift FTP ramp test | Ramp V's 20 min test

So i decided to see how long i could how my Zwift FTP Ramp test result for during a workout and this is the result.
I wanted to compare how my FTP Ramp test score came out against a 20-30 min steady effort. I very rarely do longer steady tempo efforts so this was a first for me and boy was it a lesson.
