I thought I was a pretty good cook with pretty good equipment. Until I got myself a grill press, aka a griddle press, aka The Smusher, and realized how much better I can be. The Smusher? That's what Sohla calls it. I call it a Pressy Downy. Call it whatever you want. It's how you use it that counts. Count all the ways in this video. We stopped at 12... but there are many, many more!
