A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is a prestigious, globally recognized undergraduate degree program. The degree program is highly in demand among students who have a keen interest in becoming healthcare professionals. In Pakistan, MBBS is taught in both public and private medical schools. Students who have completed their intermediate or equivalent education are eligible to apply for MBBS. Another mandatory requirement for attaining admission to MBBS is the National Medical and Dental Admission Test.
Public medical colleges in Pakistan have strict and high merit criteria.
