Q: My Key Cap will not click down in place correctly. What's wrong?
A: If the key assembly is not installing correctly its usually due to a component being damaged or the assembly or a part of the assembly not being orientated correctly. If a part is damaged, it would need to be replaced. If its just not being installed correctly, take off another key cap and leave the hinge clip in there. You can then compare it to your setup to see how it should be installed.
Q: Where can I purchase replacement keys?
A: I usually get my keys on Ebay or https://www.laptopkeys.com/
