Opera House in Budapest Reopens

Following five years during which the Opera House in Budapest has been closed for restoration and modernisation, the theatre opened its doors again on 12 March 2022. The first ballet to grace the stage was Kenneth MacMillan's Mayerling, performed by the Hungarian National Ballet on 14 March.
