Willie Dixon, double bass player, songwriter, arranger and record producer of Chicago's legendary Chess Records. born in the state of Mississippi, he represents one of the characters who most influenced the black music of the fifties and sixties. After World War II, he formed the 'Big Three' Trio I worked with until 1952. After the Trio disbanded, Willie Dixon started a profitable business, becoming one of the key figures in the birth of the Chicago Blues.
