Kifli are very popular in
Kifli are very popular in Macedonia, and is even a favorite street food when on the go.
Soft and pillow like these rolls can be made plain, savoury or sweet. Try them, and you will be addicted!

YOU NEED:
600 g all purpose flour * extra if needed
1 cup warm milk (divided)
1 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup oil
package of instant yeast
2 eggs for the dough
1 egg yolk (to brush on top) + a drop of oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
butter or margarine. as needed
feta cheese, crumbled, as needed
sesame seeds
