About the Speaker: Charlotte Villiers is Professor of Law at the University of Bristol, with specialist expertise in the areas of Company Law, Corporate Governance, Sustainability, and Employment Law. Her main research interests include business and human rights, sustainability reporting and disclosure, workers' participation, stakeholder engagement, executive remuneration, and equality and diversity.
