Hey everybody here is big
Hey everybody here is big D's red beans and rice i used gator meat it was good. here is the break down
2 cups long grain rice
1 pound gator smoked sauage
4 15oz kindey beans with red sauce (drained)
2 cans of dices tomatoes
2 diced up hot peppers
2 onions dices
1 green bell peppers diced
1 clove of garlic
shot of whiskey
2 small cans of chilies
bacon cooked and diced up
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon orengano
