How to Change the Battery on a Seiko Watch, Grand Seiko 9F Movement

This video is a tutorial on how to change a quartz battery on a Grand Seiko wristwatch. Specifically for the SBGN003, SBGN005 and SBGN007 family. Most of these steps will work for other quartz based watches. This video is for educational purposes only and I would still advise amateurs take their watch to a licensed professional if they want to guarantee their watch isn't damaged during the battery changing process.
