Circumstances that require mubtada' to take precedence
Basically, mubtada' is at the beginning of the number of ismiyah. Then it is accompanied by khobar which serves to perfect the meaning of mubtada'. However, sometimes khobar mubtada' may even have to take precedence over the mubtada'.
In the discussion of this video, there are several circumstances that require that the khobar mubtada' should not precede the mubtada'. In the sense of mubtada 'must be in front. Among them:
