Ingredients:2 Lamb Shoulder Steaks1 tbsp

1 tbsp Olive oil
Steak Rub to taste (Use your favourite brand)
1 - 2 tbsps Canola oil (in cast iron pan)
2 tbsps cold Butter
Fresh thyme sprigs
Fresh oregano and or rosemary
4 or more cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 - 3 tsps honey or brown sugar
Cooking time:
5 -6 minutes per side or LESS
