How to fix the 0x8004dec5 error when connecting to OneDrive

Today, we'll give you three ways to fix the 0x8004dec5 error in OneDrive:

1) Unlink and relink your account.
2) Reset OneDrive using the run app.
3) Clear your identity cache folder.

If all methods fail, you could try clearing your cached credentials. To do that, type "credential" into your Windows search bar. Then open "Credential Manager." There, go to "Windows Credentials" and click all credentials under the "Generic Credentials" header. When you click them, you'll see an option to "Remove." Once removed, try to sign into your OneDrive account.
