Mongolian beef with Shishito pepper. It’s a good match of  a fresh peppery flavor with bell pepper brightness and slightly sweet Shishito pepper with bbq meat. I can say I like it pretty much.  Ingredients :
500 gr Beef
200 gr Shishito pepper
1 pc Red onion (cut)
Butter for pan fry

Marinate spices :
2 tbsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Corn starch
1 tspn Pepper
1 tspn Chicken powder

Sauce :
3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
3 tbsp Mushroom sauce
