• 1 lb Lrg or jumbo shrimp, deveined, tail removed
• Avocado oil
• 1/2 tsp Creole seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Black pepper

• Avocado oil
• 1 small onion, diced
• Bell peppers, diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 - 2 tsps butter
• 1 1/4 cup whipping cream
• Minced fresh thyme
• Seasonings used on shrimp, to taste
• 1 1/2 - 2 cups the mixed cheese

• 3 - 5 Russet potatoes
• Avocado oil
• Sea salt
• 3 tbsps melted butter, warm
• 3 tbsps sourcream, room temp.
• Few pinches grated nutmeg
• 1/2 - 1 cup the mixed cheese
• 1 - 2 tbsps diced green onions
• 1/4 cup diced cooked shrimp
