Tawa pulao- pav bhaji ka wo ignored cousin jo masters ke liye abroad ja na saka🤷🏻‍♀️

But it’s just as delicious and ingredients bhi same hai😁

Tava pulao:
For chilli garlic paste:
- Around 10 cloves of garlic, peeled
- Around 10 Kashmiri red chillies (depends on how spicy the chillies are) + water for soaking

For the recipe:
- 2 tbsp oil + butter
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup green peas
- 1 boiled potato, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- salt
- 2 bowls of rice, cooked
- coriander leaves
